The Last Lap

Just spent the best part of the day at the Dress Rehearsal for Sweet Charity. What a show this is going to be!!! I never cared much for the Film version with Shirley McLean, but would now consider myself to be a fan! I'm Stage Manager for this show and it's not the most straight forward one I've ever worked on but the show is very tight. The cast are very slick and are totally into the entire show. I now wish I'd put aside all my reservations about the show as an entity and gone into the chorus myself!! If you haven't yet gotten tickets to see this epic then I suggest you get on down to Brydens and grab whatever is left. If you don't, you will miss one of the best shows that Biggar Theatre Workshop have ever staged!
